We hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday break and that your New Year is off to a great start!
Weather: Please keep an eye on the weather as we get in to the winter season. In the event that we have an early release inclement weather dismissal, your child will be sent home the way that you indicated on the inclement weather form that went home in the beginning of the year. Please remember that on these days, ASP is not open.
This week we will be learning:
- Reading- How to use a variety of context clues to help us solve for unknown words (4RI4)
- Math- Division of up to 4 digit numbers by 1 digit numbers (NBT6)
- ELA- We will be taking an assessment to reassign Words Work group as needed.
- Writing- We will continue to learn how to develop an opinion piece of writing (4W1a-d)
- Social Studies- We will be learning about the causes, events and results of the French and Indian War and the American Revolution. (4H4a-d)
